Gabriela manager feb 20 at 5:30PM opened the door on me in the fitting room while I was taking off some shorts I had tried on, and didn’t even apologize taking into consideration that the other customer saw me in my underwear that is extremely unprofessional and lack of professionalism she didn’t even knock before entering.

I walked in because I liked the sweaters on display, while looking at the shoe section there, walked a lady that was fixing some women pants. Saw us and did not even greet. Then, since I was not able to find my size, I greeted her and asked if she knew if there was a size 7, her response spontaneously was looked at us and said “that’s all there is” and turned over again, I was very disappointed with her attention and I asked do you know the sizes you have by memory and she looked back again and said I think I have 9 and 10 only but did not even bother to check or look at the boxes that were there. Very extremely upset with the customer service from this lady that made us automatically walk out of the store! This happened today 5/31/19 at about 8:40PM

Price and value during this month of June 2020 are amazing. But with one catch. One of the employees there was showing signs of being sick. Maybe a flu? She should have been sent home, with sick pay. Especially during this COVID season.

I am a frequent customer of this shop. I have always been treated very well but this Satuday the 13th of June 2015. A young woman who said that was the shop manager approached to me anf rushed me up at 8:50 inviting me to leave the store, because she said the store was closed (officially 9:00pm). I was trying to get my final selections. THIS MANAGER MUST LEARN WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS, SINCE SHE HAS NO IDEA ABOUT THE CONCEPT OF IT. What a shame, Nautica used to have a terrific customer service.

It's ridiculous that there's a huge line and only two people at the registers. This was my third time here (all on weekdays) and its always the same issue. Seriously don't waste your time coming to this site.
